YANG (Young Adult Night Gathering) offers informal but in-depth discussions
on a variety of spiritual themes.

For this month's YANG, Diego Wedgwood will share a ritual called the Clearing Exercise. Here is his description:
"Designed as a spiritual exercise promoting mindfulness (similar to a shared meditation)
and to foster community, a Clearing is essentially a way to promote
completely open and honest communication with an emphasis on truly listening."

Diego Wedgwood and Kristen Cortez will host and lead our group.
