An 8-week introduction to the tools of Mindfulness for beginners
8 Mondays: March 18th through May 6th, 9:00-11:30am,
plus participation in a Daylong Retreat, Saturday, April 13th
Spring is on its way, but are we really able to welcome it? Sometimes we have so much to do, stopping, relaxing, and coming home to care for ourselves may seem impossible. Mindfulness offers simple tools to reconnect with the vitality and freshness always available within ourselves, and to come back into touch with the simple joys of life.
This non-sectarian class offers training in total body relaxation, mindful breathing, mindful walking, caring for pleasant and unpleasant emotions, and more!
Course fee: $200 (no one will be turned away because of cost).
