Research has shown that adults who have meditated regularly for five years have a biological age that is 15 years younger then non-meditators of the same chronological age. Meditation is a proven technique that reduces stress, slows the aging process, and improves immune function.

Curt began his personal mediation practice over 20 years ago and has been teaching yoga and meditation for 12+ years. He is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. With degrees in Philosophy and Educational Psychology, Curt brings a deep awareness of the learning process to his yoga and meditation instruction.
