Social Justice Speaker and Potluck, "After 911: An American Muslim Woman's Perspective"
Manal El-Menshawy always considered herself an ordinary American woman from New Jersey whose religion just happened to be Islam. Along with the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11, her world was blown apart. On Sunday, January 28, 2007, members of the Social Justice Ministry Team welcomed Ms. El-Menshawy as she spoke to a large audience in Griffin Hall about her experience, the devastation and hope, since 9/11.  Enjoy some of the pictures taken at this event.
