Imagine a religion with no preconceived dogma used to determine your worth. Picture a shame-free religion that genuinely wants to know what you believe. Imagine a community of diverse people helping one another practice a responsible search for truth and meaning. Envision a place where many gather, including the Spiritual-but-not-Religious, the Neo-Pagan, the Activist Buddhist, the Secular Jew, the Searching Agnostic, the Meditating Atheist, the Liberal Christian, the Spiritual Feminist, and so on. Imagine yourself being free to be – free to be your authentic self in community. At the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia your questions are encouraged, not shamed. Your inherent worth is never diminished, only affirmed.
