Because spirit starts at home! First Unitarian Church is committed to helping parents guide their children's spirit through structured workshops. We offer two compelling courses, with childcare provided.
Parent's as Spiritual Guides
Based on the belief that children's religious
education should not be restricted to Sunday school, this program brings spiritual growth into the home, where the communion and rituals of family life can support the "dynamic process of faith development." Offers six sessions that include goals, necessary materials, preparation, the session plan, and handouts.
