Agenda: Congregational Meeting 2/26/12

The Congregational Meeting originally scheduled for January 22, 2012 has been moved to  Sunday, February 26th, 2012 by vote of the Board of Trustees, to accommodate a request from the Nominations Committee. The meeting will take place in the Sanctuary at 12:30 PM.  Your attendance is respectfully requested. The agenda is as follows:

• Candidates for Nomination Committee: Congregational Vote
  Barbara Higgins, Joan Forman, Amy Hillier Fraatz
• Finance Report: Eva Baker, Treasurer
• By-laws report and amendment proposal (below) Article VII sec. 6 of the Bylaws is amended by adding the following sentence at the end of section 6:  In the event of a vacancy, the Nominating Committee may appoint a member(s) to serve the remainder of such vacated term.  The appointment of such member(s) must receive a majority vote of the Nominating Committee.  Any vacancy so filled shall be open for election at the next Annual Meeting. No member of the Nominating Committee who has served a full two-year term shall be re-elected until a period of one year has passed.
