First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia ~ Welcome home!

"We are saved when we stop giving new answers to old questions," says Reverend Nate Walker of the First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia. "The question is not 'what happens when we die," but 'what happens when we kill?'" In this bold and provocative sermon, Reverend Nate calls Unitarian Universalism to be a truly progressive and prophetic faith by saving us from participating in systems of oppression and violence.

Hah! Nate, you crack me up. Missed the live version, but glad for the video.  Maybe this will support attendance at planned vegan brunch. =)

Honored to be in ministry with you. Quite proud of you for pushing outside the box, and calling people to action.

A perfect example of why First Church is my spiritual home. Thank you for having the courage to share your feelings and ask the hard questions. It was shocking, funny, inspiring, and genuine. Challenge accepted!
