Join the Chestnut Street Singers, the church's ensemble-in-residence, to celebrate their fifth anniversary season and the coming of spring.
This birthday-party concert will return to one of the group's earliest inspirations: music about the natural world and the earth's inherent music-makers. The program will include repertoire by Mendelssohn, Betinis, Josquin, and Elgar, in addition to some favorite "old chestnuts" from the ensemble's first five years.
The concert will be followed by the annual end-of-season fundraising dinner. Presented this year in partnership with Talula's Daily, the dinner is the perfect way to toast the successes of this year's season and to celebrate the singers, friends, and supporters who make such work possible. All proceeds support the work of the Chestnut Street Singers and help the group continue presenting innovative, accessible concerts. Click here to make your reservation today!
