Event Description

Ushers and Greeters are the first people you see when you enter the sanctuary on Sunday morning. They meet you with a smile, an Order of Service, and a cheery “Good Morning!” In addition, they direct attendees to daycare, restrooms or other parts of the building, assist our disabled visitors, distribute parking passes and answer general questions for people visiting our church. Ushers also assist with the offering. The time commitment is minimal—ushers and greeters simply arrive 30 minutes before service begins. It’s a great way to help the church and an easy way to meet new people. Want to know more or just need a refresher? Attend "Usher/Greeter 101" on February 23rd at 12:30. If you have questions about the class or already know the routine and want to sign up to be an usher/greeter, please visit the church website or contact Connie Simon, Ushers and Greeters Coordinator, at 215-820-6959 or by email at Connie@CMSimon.com.
