"Having Your Voice to the End of Your Life"
Mark Peterson, ED.D is a retired psychologist offering this seminar & workshop which is designed to help you complete End of Life (EOL) documents, and to know what some of the implications are for the decisions you have made.
This educational experience will give you a sense of both the obstacles and resources available which can impact how your life ends. At the conclusion of this 8 hour experience you will:
1. Have a deeper awareness of the complexities of EOL decisions
2. Have completed the forms necessary to give instructions regarding your medical care
3. Have identified the person who will carry out your wishes if you are unable to make the decisions that are needed by medical personnel
4. Have begun to enact a plan to communicate your wishes to your doctor and your family
Engaging in EOL planning and discussions with your family can result in a deeper sense of intimacy and closeness within your family. In addition, it can bring greater peace of mind to all parties.
