Event Description

Why Is This Called Holy

Sunday, April 9, 11:00 AM, Sanctuary

Led by: Reverend Abbey Tennis

The Jewish story of Pesach, or Passover, and the Christian story of Easter are both stories of death, destruction, and vicious oppression. Why do the stories hold a sacred place in our religious traditions? Why do we call memories of violence and oppression holy?
