The recommended donation is $40 or $20 for student/underemployed. No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Participants should also: wear comfortable clothing including shoes permitting walking outside on comfortable surfaces and bring a blanket or mat for being on the floor and a vegetarian dish to share. Chairs and some cushions will be supplied for sitting meditation; participants may bring their own cushions. Participants should also briefly write down a recent interaction you did not enjoy which still brings up emotions.
